Important note: You can cancel the order before the package is shipped, but you cannot cancel the order after it is shipped!
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, our customer service department will charge a 15% handling fee.
However, a full refund can be given for non-personal reasons:
1. Logistics reasons: There is no delivery service to the customer’s area;
2. Seller’s responsibility: The product is out of stock and the customer does not agree to exchange it.
3. Timeout: The buyer has not contacted to suspend or change the order, but the package has not been shipped more than 5 working days after placing the order.
