Return process:

·Please include the order number, your email, and the reason for the return or exchange on the return form, and ship it back to our warehouse with your item.
·We will process the refund or exchange within 1-7 working days after confirming receipt of your package.
Non-returnable products:
Products that have been opened or used.
Opened underwear or lubricants
Item was received more than 14 days ago
Return request:
Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging;

Redemption requirements:

Refund processing time:
We will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the customer’s refund request and negotiating with the customer to reach an agreement.
Refunds will be credited to the card you paid for. When you receive your refund depends on your payment method. (Paypal takes 24 hours to show the refund, credit card takes 7-15 business days to show the refund).
