For example, if you order a toy, it takes 1-5 business days to process and 9-18 business days to ship. Therefore, you can expect to receive it within 10-23 business days.
We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, bad weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
Remember that holidays do not count as business days and should be taken into account when calculating shipping times.
Sometimes, unexpected delays are caused by overhauling inventory issues, especially during periods of high production.

Note on taxes and fees:

Currently there are no import fees, duties or VAT (Value Added Tax) to pay for most countries and territories.
However, some limited countries, such as: some European countries, such as Germany, Italy, France and Spain, may need to pay customs duties or VAT according to the taxation rules of your country.
