How to place an order?

While browsing our store, simply add as many items as you like to your cart. Once you wish to proceed with your order, go to your shopping cart and click “Checkout”. Follow the instructions to provide us with your shipping information and select a payment method for your item – we will ship your package within 25 working days (times vary by region). Orders under $69 will be charged shipping based on your selected shipping method and country. Full price will be shown at checkout.


How long is your shipping time?

It depends on your location. Shipping time to the United States is about 7-15 working days, and to other regions is about 10-25 working days.


What is my tracking number?

Once shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.


Where can I find my order?

After completing the purchase process, you can track your order in your account. Please log in to your account, move your cursor over your account and you will find the Orders section.


What is the status of my order?

Customers will receive a confirmation email to prove that we have confirmed your order. It usually takes 1 to 5 days for processing before shipping. Once shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. To track your order please visit
